7) Most employees do not speak english that are interacting with you. That's probably ok for most but we ate there almost every day because of the boys. 6) Buffet selection was limited and did not change for the past 5 days.
5) Room service is extremely limited on items and only available at certain times. 4) We had to call housekeeping everyday to service the room other wise they did not come. 3) The shower door leaks a large amount of water into the bathroom so you use most of your towels preventing a flood. We would purposely ask for EXTRA alcohol but still they would come without. 2) Drinks had alcohol less than half the time - I saw another review with the same issues. Especially in the bathrooms and when you leave the room balcony door open - BEWARE and get extra towels, we use them as runners in the room. It's nice to look at but my kids both fell several times. Cons: 1) The floors everywhere throughout the hotel and rooms are made of highly polished materials. 6) Insanely comfortable bed and pillows - Great sleeping arrangements 7) Preferred Club Pool is amazing (adults only), the swim up rooms are very unique and I highly recommend them if you don't have kids. 5) The room's view was outstanding - We stayed on the second floor facing the ocean. We ate at the Blue Water restaurant one night and the steak was very good. We mostly ate at the buffet (because of the boys) and it was always pretty good. He definitely is one of the few that seem to genuinely like his job and care for the guests, especially the kids.
2) Big J - He is fantastic and made us feel extremely welcome every time we visited him for towels.

We are a family of four with two younger boys (4 and 2) and I paid the extra $600 to upgrade to "Preferred Club" Positives: 1) The resort is on a beautiful stretch of beach and features high end fixtures and finishes. I will chalk some of the issues we experienced to "start up jitters". I am rating them three stars instead of two because the resort is only 5-8 weeks old (depending on which person you ask it varies 2-3 weeks).
I'll start by saying that the trip was fun and we had a great time as a family.
